Kingsley Moghalu, a presidential candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has reacted after the Office of the Head of Service of the Federation ordered all offices to close at 1 p.m. today.

According to a statement released by Dr. Ngozi Onwudiwe, Permanent Secretary (Service Welfare Office) for the Head of the Public Service of the Federation, the order was made to allow civil workers to attend the MKO Abiola Stadium to cheer on the Super Eagles when they face the Ghanaian Black Stars.

In response, Moghalu questioned the command on Twitter, claiming it was excessive.
