After President Muhammadu Buhari’s social media assistant, Bashir Ahmad, lost his House of Representatives ticket on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, netizens took to social media to criticize him (APC).
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the 30-year-old Kano State native ran for the Albasu/Gaya/Ajingi Federal Constituency seat, which is now held by Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya of the governing party, but lost.
Bashir spoke about his experience at the primary location, revealing that he had to leave because to the large number of goons present.

He went on to say that thugs should not be allowed to vote in any elections.
He wrote; “As an aspirant, i left the venue of primary elections for Gaya, Ajingi and Albasu Federal Constituency, because of the security of our majority delegates, if want to compete with the best, thugs shouldn’t be part of any election. A dekace mu!”
Reacting to the reports of his loss, netizens mocked the presidential aide over his inability to secure his party ticket despite resigning from his role.
