2023: Abaribe Attends APGA Presidential Primary In Abuja

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, a former leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), was observed at the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) national convention in Abuja on Wednesday.

It will be noted that Abaribe recently resigned as Senate Minority Leader after defecting from the PDP to the APGA.

The APGA convention, which is taking place at the party’s national headquarters in Katampe, Abuja, is set to elect or confirm the party’s presidential candidate for 2023.

Major party leaders, including former Minister Frank Nweke Jr., as well as numerous APGA supporters from throughout the country, are expected to attend.

Abaribe, according to Anaedoonline.ng, won the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) senate nomination for Abia South on Saturday.

At the Azikiwe Road in Aba, Abaribe was voted unopposed as the APGA’s senate flag bearer by a big throng of delegates.

Lucky Erondu, the Returning Officer, announced Abaribe’s win to a standing ovation from supporters, delegates, and party members.

Senator Abaribe thanked the delegates for their support in his acceptance address.

2023: Senator Abaribe Joins APGA After Dumping PDP

The politician also stated that he would not let his constituents down and that he would continue to work for the establishment of democracy, equity, and justice.

He also declared that he will assist in the restoration of Abia State to the APGA for complete release from godfatherism and despair.
