The Special Counsel to IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, Aloy Ejimakor, has expressed disapproval of the purported ethnic disparity in security formations in the southeast.

Ejimakor argued that in order to combat the ethnic imbalance that has made the Southeast vulnerable, the region must come together.

He decried the influx of security personnel with sectarian motivations into the Southeast.

In a tweet, the Special Counsel wrote: “SE must unite against the persisting ethnic imbalance in the security formations in SE.

“It has left SE vulnerable to a posse of security personnel, driven by sectarian impulses to levy #massacres without any compatriot empathy.

“ESN/IPOB is merely an excuse. SE leaders, ahoy!”
