Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president, and Senator Kashim Shettima, his running partner, have arrived in London, United Kingdom.
Tinubu and Shettima left the nation on Saturday, according to Anaedoonline.ng, before the election campaigns officially began on September 28.
The spokeswoman for the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the couple’s vacation to London in a conversation with Newsmen.

In order to prepare for campaigns, Tinubu and his running mate will leave the nation for a week, according to Onanuga, and return in the first week of October.
He said: “He only took a week break for vacation.”
Additionally, Onanuga stated that Tinubu’s campaign would start on October 8 and that his policy package would be ready and released by October 2.
However, he said that the council will begin the campaigns with a particular prayer in each APC branch across the country.
He added: “Although the campaign will flag off on October 8, we will kick off the stipulated September 28 date with a prayer in all the APC branches nationwide.
