Ayo Oyalowo, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign committee, has revealed that Bola Tinubu, the party’s presidential candidate, is in the United Kingdom to rest.
Recall that days prior to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) lifting the campaign embargo for 2023, Tinubu had left the country.
There have been rumors that the former governor of Lagos State left the country for medical treatment, but supporters of the presidential contender insist that he is only taking a break.

On Monday, Oyalowo mentioned Tinubu’s resting trip to the UK during an interview with Channels TV.
Oyalowo while speaking during the interview said, “The man, as I said, needed a few days off because the pressure on him is a bit too much and he needed to rest because the campaign is pretty long, we have about four, five months to campaign before the general election.”
Speaking on the trending video of Tinubu on a treadmill, Oyalowo disclosed that another presidential candidate dropped a video of himself dancing but did not attract attention like Tinubu.
He said, “Two people dropped videos yesterday. Another person dropped a dancing video but nobody is talking about it because he is not a factor. Asiwaju is a factor.
“He will always be spoken about because he matters. He is the main factor in this election.”
