On Wednesday morning, two young guys were set on fire in the capital of Enugu State for attempting to rob a Point of Sale (POS) operator.
The event took place in the capital’s Independence Layout neighbourhood along the well-known Bisalla Road.
As the criminals brandished their weapons and demanded money, the POS operator reportedly sounded the alarm.

The mob was drawn to the alarm and pursued the fleeing bandits until they were caught.
A viral video making the rounds on social media showed both robbers being burnt while a small crowd gatherered to witness the horror scene.
