Sen. Kashim Shettima, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Vice Presidential candidate, has dismissed the concept of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar and Labour Party’s Peter Obi wanting to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
The former Borno State Governor claimed that the APC challengers, particularly Obi, have nothing to offer Nigerians other than fraudulent figures.

According to Anaedoonline.ng, Shettima said this in Abuja on Thursday during a one-day symposium on deconstructing the Asiwaju manifesto “Renewed Hope 2023: Action Plan for a Better Nigeria.”
He boasted that the 2023 presidential election would be a watershed moment in Nigerian history, claiming that “Obi has nothing to offer except fraudulent figures.”
Shettima went on to say that his principal, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has more outstanding ideas than his opponents in the 2023 election, and that Atiku and Obi will suffer crushing defeats.
