Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has once again avoided the Arise presidential debate, which was attended by Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, Peter Obi of the Labour Party, and Rabiu Musa Kwakwanso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP.

As the third series of the discussion began on Sunday, Kwakwanso accused the majority of state governors of squeezing the allocation to local governments, calling it unacceptable.
