The Supreme Court of Nigeria has verified and certified Chief Edozie Njoku as the National Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), despite a long-running debate over the party’s leadership.

This was stated in a letter written on behalf of the Chief Justice of Nigeria by the Chief Registrar of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Hajo S A I Bello, Esq., on January 19, 2023, with reference number SC/CV/687/20221.

Addressing Chief Edozie Njoku as APGA’s National Chairman, Bello advised him on the legal steps to gain legal recognition and assume full leadership of the party, in a letter titled “Request for the authentication and confirmation of the Supreme Court judgement in suit no.
