What Peter Obi, Atiku, Others Should Do After Losing Elections – Yakasai

Tanko Yakasai, an elder statesman, has advised candidates who lost in the recently concluded presidential and National Assembly elections to seek redress in court if they are dissatisfied with the results.

The prominent politician urged disgruntled candidates to contest the election results in court rather than staging protests that might destabilize the country.

In an interview with Newsmen, Yakasai urged political parties and politicians to make the upcoming governorship and state assembly elections calm, free, fair, and credible.

He praised the conduct of the recently concluded presidential and National Assembly elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Yakasai also urged the electoral body to use the conduct of the governorship elections to address the challenges encountered in the February 25 elections.
