Abdul-Afeez Osoba, a boxer from Nigeria, has a contract with the British boxing management organization Streetwise Management.

The sensational boxer has an impressive record of 80 fights, 74 victories, and only six losses, making him one of the most accomplished amateurs to come out of Nigeria in recent years.

The 27-year-old has won numerous African championships and is a five-time national champion.

Osoba competed in the boxing event for Nigeria at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, United Kingdom, where he lost in the quarterfinals.

Streetwise Management stated that the 2020 African champion would continue his career in Nigeria for now, but would make the move to the United Kingdom later on.

“We first set our eyes on him when our partner Saleh Gloves sent him to the UK for training camp and we had him at TW1 boxing gym in Ongar, Essex in the UK under the watchful eyes of promising new trainer Bill Whited, where he impressed, which led us to offer him a managerial contract. We will be working with Saleh Fawaz of Saleh Gloves to push Osoba’s career further and we have high hopes for him.

“He will initially start his career back home in Nigeria where we will keep close eyes on him and monitor his progress before bringing him to the UK to further his career,” the statement read.

Streetwise Management has over the years proven to be very good at identifying talents and nurturing them to the top and a notable name on their resume is the former IBF lightweight champion Richard Commey.
