The All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council (APC PCC) has petitioned Yusuf Magaji Bichi, Director General of the Department of State Security (DSS), against Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate Peter Obi and his running partner, Datti Baba-Ahmed.
The APC campaign underlined in a petition letter dated March 23, 2023 that Peter Obi and Datti Baba-post-election Ahmed’s remarks and behaviour bordered on incitement and treasonable criminality.
Festus Keyamo, Minister of Labour and Employment, stated on Thursday via his Twitter handle that the APC council’s demand for peace and national healing does not imply weakness.

The appeal comes just hours after Yusuf Datti Baba Ahmed claimed that there is no president-elect in Nigeria.
While appearing on Channels, he stated that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu cannot be seen as the President-elect because the certificate of return he carries is a bogus document with no value.
According to Datti Ahmed, “We cannot have a president-elect when there has been a constitutional breach. There’s a clear interpretation of section 134 and INEC’s interpretation of section 134.”
