The Labour Party’s (LP) Peter Obi has been urged to file a lawsuit against the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari over his incarceration in the United Kingdom (UK), according to Daniel Bwala, spokesman for Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Recall that Obi was recently arrested by UK Immigration at Heathrow Airport in London due to a situation involving a duplicated identity.
Obi was detained, according to the Obi-Datti media office, after being approached by an immigration official who gave him a detention note and told him to move aside.

In a tweet, Bwala urged Obi to pressure the Federal Government to bring to justice whoever was spreading false information about him.
He added that Nigerian Immigration had given a fake passport to the former governor of Anambra State.
Bwala pointed out that Nigerian Immigration has the information and specifics of the LP Presidential candidate impostor.
According to Bwala: “One fact is clear, the impersonator was issued the passport by the Nigerian Immigration. They have his bio-data and details about him.
“Peter Obi should sue the Nigerian government in court and compel them to smoke the man out and whoever may be using him for the smear campaign.”
