According to information obtained by The ANAEDOONLINE, Kayode Fayemi, a former governor of Ekiti State, is now being questioned at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s zonal command office in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Reliable sources with knowledge of the issue told our correspondent that on Thursday, around 9:40 am, Fayemi arrived to the EFCC premises. Around 9:40 am today, Fayemi arrived at our Kwara command office.
According to a source, our agents are currently questioning him on the suspected theft of N4 billion.
“I’m uncertain as to whether he would be held today or released.

However, he’s not the only former governor that’s currently being probed by the commission,” another source noted.
