Former presidential adviser Femi Adesina has responded to the Bishop of Sokoto Catholic Diocese, Matthew Hassan Kukah, about his recent remark on President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.

Adesina previously served as Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity.

Adesina mocked Bishop Kukah for declaring that Buhari’s government experienced the worst height of corruption in a tweet on Tuesday morning.

According to the former presidential assistant, the renowned Christian clergyman was just disappointed that he never received “under-the-cassock patronage from Buhari.”

“Who listens to that Bishop again. He’s still pained that he got no under-the-cassock patronage from Buhari, unlike in the past. As e dey pain them, e dey sweet us,” Adesina wrote on Twitter.
