Dr. Alex Otti, the governor of Abia State, has chosen Mr. Ugochukwu Okoroafor, a former director of corporate communication at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), as his special adviser on monitoring and evaluation.
Otti also named Hon. Iheanacho Obioma, the Director General of his campaign council, as his Special Adviser on Political Affairs and former Super Eagles player Kanu Nwankwo as Chairman of the Enyimba International Football Club of Aba in a statement signed by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Kazie Uko.
In addition, he named Boniface Alozie Uche as Chairman of Abia Comets FC and John Sam Obuh, a former Eaglets coach, as Chairman of Abia Warriors FC.
Also in the 30 man list are ;Prof Ijeoma Iheukwumere – Senior Special Assistant, Environment ,Mr. Odinakachi Eric Eme – Senior Special Assistant, Multilateral and Donor Agencies ,Mr. Nwaka Inem – Special Adviser on Trade, Commerce and Industry , Magdalene Ugoanusi – Senior Special Assistant, Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and Mr. Martins Okechukwu Justice – Special Assistant on Tourism and Entertainment.
