Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate for the 2023 election, has praised Joshua Agboola, a young programmer from Nigeria, for his accomplishments.

The 13-year-old Agboola recently became the youngest Certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) Developer Associate in Africa, according to Anaedoonline.ng.

In a personally signed statement sent on his verified Twitter profile on Wednesday, Obi praised the young Nigerian’s accomplishment and urged him to stay focused while creating a bright future for himself.

The former governor of Anambra State went on to say that the teenager’s accomplishment serves as a reminder of Nigerians’ immense potential and he urged the nation’s leaders to instill hope in the minds of the younger generation.

Such accomplishments, he continued, will direct attention away from illegal activity and guarantee that skills are positively channeled and developed.

According to Obi, “The story of a 13-year-old Nigerian programmer, Joshua Agboola, who just emerged as the youngest Certified Amazon Web Services (AWS) Developer Associate in Africa, should gladden the hearts of most patriotic Nigerians.

“This achievement reminds us of the immeasurable roles that education plays in the life of every child. His success story should also inspire our youths to strive hard to develop their skills and seek to always become better in their fields through continuous learning and improvement.
