Together with the minister of state, Mariya Mahmud, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesome Wike, has taken on his formal responsibilities.
After the swearing-in ceremony at the presidential palace, they arrived at FCTA at 1:20 pm to hold their first press conference.
A massive crowd followed Wike into the FCTA building.
