Eight NYSC Members Kidnapped On Their Way To Camp

Along a highway in Zamfara State, eight National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members have been abducted by suspected bandits.
However, Yazid Abubakar, a police spokesperson in Zamfara, stated he will confirm the occurrence.

The victims were reportedly abducted on Saturday while traveling from Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, to Sokoto on their way to Zamfara State.

When the thieves stopped their car, they were about to begin their required national duty.
11 corps members were reportedly seized, but three escaped, according to reports.

Aside from the eight corps members, the driver of the bus was also abducted.

Also, it is gathered that the family of one of the victims Betty Udofia was reached and that the kidnappers are demanding N4 million ransom.
