The National Assembly Elections Petition Tribunal has invalidated Seyi Sowunmi’s election victory as the representative for Lagos State’s Ojo Federal Constituency.

According to Naija News, Sowunmi was elected on the Labour Party (LP) platform.

However, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the election, Honourable Lanre Ogunyemi, contested the Labour Party candidates’ victory as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
