‘Are You Ready’ – Charly Boy Charges ‘Obidients Ahead of Tribunal Judgement

After learning that the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal will issue a definitive ruling on petitions contesting President Bola Tinubu’s election in the 2023 presidential election, veteran Nigerian artist Charles Oputa, often known as Charly Boy, reacted.

Remember that President Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was declared the winner of the 2023 presidential election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), despite petitions from the Labour Party (LP), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), as well as their presidential candidates.

In an interview with Channels Television on Monday, the Court of Appeal Registrar, Umar Bangari, indicated that the eagerly awaited decision is expected to be delivered on Wednesday, September 6th., according to an earlier article by Anaedoonline.ng.

Further, Bangari revealed that interested television stations will be able to broadcast the court sessions live.

According to Bangari, all necessary measures have been taken to guarantee a smooth delivery of the judgement in the three cases.

In order to prevent crowding and security lapses, he continued, proper security had been put in place, and only the invited members of political parties and the general public would be permitted in.

Charly Boy asked LP supporters if they were ready for the verdict by posting a copy of the Tribunal press release on X, now known as Twitter.
