Rabiu highlighted that this price reduction initiative is part of BUA Cement’s commitment to supporting the Federal Government’s efforts to stabilize the prices of essential commodities in the country. However, this price reduction will be implemented once the company opens two new cement plants, each with an operating capacity of 3 million tons. These plants are scheduled to be commissioned by the end of the year.

During his statement, Rabiu expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for receiving him and discussed the company’s ongoing developments and future plans.

This announcement by BUA Cement Plc. reflects a positive step towards making essential construction materials more affordable for Nigerians, which is crucial for infrastructure development and the overall growth of the nation’s economy.
