Ejimakor Alleges Security Agents Are Humiliating South East Residents At Checkpoints

Aloy Ejimakor, a Special Counsel to IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu, has bemoaned how Igbos are treated poorly at checkpoints all around the Southeast.

He complained that by making Igbos get out of their cars and cross checkpoints on foot, security personnel mistreat Igbos.

He claimed that under the rule of previous President Muhammadu Buhari, institutional oppression began.

He wrote on X: “The phenomenon in Igboland in which every passenger is forced to alight from vehicles & cross on foot at security checkpoints is an exemplar of the institutional humiliation & oppression of Ndigbo that started with Buhari & continues to this day. And it fuels provocation to boot.”
