Nigerians have responded on social media to the news that Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has defected from the opposition African Democratic Congress (ADC) to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to Anaedoonline.ng, the politician-turned-actress ran for deputy governor of Rivers State in the 2023 election as a candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
According to information obtained, the actress will be formally introduced today at 3 p.m. at the national secretariat in Abuja by Mary Alile, the APC’s national women’s leader.
