Kashim Shettima has fervently pleaded with MTN Nigeria and First Surat Group to go on with their activities in Nigeria in an effort to keep important investors in the nation. He gave the businesses assurances about the government’s promise to create a favourable business climate under Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership.

Shettima stressed the significance of MTN Nigeria’s role in developing digital mobile money and digital education in the nation at a meeting at the presidential palace in Abuja. In an appeal to the telecom behemoth to be at the forefront of these fields, he emphasised their importance to Nigeria’s economic development.

Additionally, he highlighted the First Surat Group’s contributions, especially its CSR programmes that have improved Nigerians’ quality of life.
