Social critic and well-known human rights advocate Aisha Yesufu said that a revolution has started in the nation in response to the Monday early attack and looting of a truck carrying food by locals in Abuja’s Dei-Dei neighbourhood.

This declaration follows many instances of looting in the Federal Capital Territory over the weekend, including the theft of a truck transporting food and a warehouse.

In a post on her X handle, Aisha Yesufu shared her thoughts and worries, highlighting the possibility that the current wave of attacks could spread beyond trucks to include warehouses, stores, estates, and homes.

She stated, “When they are done attacking trucks, they will start with warehouses and shops, then estates and houses.

“The revolution has started,” she added.

Remember that Parallel Facts revealed on Sunday that some Federal Capital Territory citizens allegedly plundered a warehouse, citing the nation’s ongoing economic hardships as inspiration? During the incident, food and other items were apparently carried away.
