The Deputy Director of Nursing Services at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) Ituku Ozalla, Enugu State, has been kidnapped by thugs who may be kidnappers.
It was reported that the gunmen shot intermittently before removing their victims.
The report claims that early on Tuesday morning, the gunmen broke into UNTH and removed the security guard and the female official from the hospital.

The UNTH officials and the Nigerian Police’s Enugu State Command, however, had not formally acknowledged the attack at the time this report was filed.
A popular video, however, appeared to show an SUV purportedly owned by the kidnapped woman—a nurse—that had been left with glass pierced by a bullet on the passenger side of the vehicle.
Vehicle traffic on the Enugu/Port Harcourt motorway was slowed down by this occurrence.
