The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has recently announced that Yahaya Bello, the former governor of Kogi State, is sought for offences connected to financial and economic crimes.
Okiki Adeduyite posted an official notification on the commission’s Facebook page on Thursday, which served as the announcement.

“Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for offences relating to economic and financial crimes to the tune of N80.2 bn.
“Anybody with information as to his whereabouts should report immediately to the commission or the nearest police station,” the notice read.
