VIDEO: Lady Pledges To Donate Kidney To Ike Ekweremadu’s Daughter

On Saturday, Martha Uche, a Nigerian woman, promised to give her kidney to Ike Ekweremadu’s daughter, who is the former Deputy Senate President.

Sonia Ekweremadu, the lawmaker’s daughter, has been in the spotlight due to kidney-related illness and is in need of a transplant.

A young man was taken to the United Kingdom by Senator Ekweremadu and his wife, Nwanneka Ekweremadu, for organ donation as a result of the event.

However, the UK police detained them for allegedly assisting the passage of the youngster who was reportedly a juvenile.

In Nigeria and others, the emerging problem has sparked reactions on all levels.

Martha in a video spotted online vowed to donate her kidney to save Sonia, adding that she was instructed in her dreams to help the lawmaker’s daughter.

When asked why she wants to donate the kidney to the girl, she said, “I need to do that because I need to help the girl. She’s dying and they have already shown me in my dream that I should help the girl. I already saw her a long time ago and I saw her again this morning. I need to help her.
