He is either involved in a public, private, or business dispute. The last scandal that the former candidate for governor of Anambra State was involved in included a debt of N50 million that he owed to prominent businessman Arthur Eze. When he failed to pay back the bill, some of his cars were seized.
He allegedly agreed to pay an installment of N1 million per month, but he broke his word. However, when the matter was brought up in court, he denied receiving any loans from Eze.
When contacted, CSP Muyiwa Adejobi, the force’s public relations officer, responded, “No report like that before me.”
