Arsenal are preparing to hijack Chelsea’s efforts for Brighton’s Moises Caicedo and Everton’s Amadou Onana in the Premier League.
Last week, Chelsea failed with two bids for Caicedo, 21, the second of which is thought to be worth over £55 million.
Despite claiming on Tuesday that he was “focused” on sticking with Brighton, the midfielder is interested in a move to Chelsea.

Brighton will rebuff any approaches for Caicedo this summer, but they are realistic about keeping the Ecuador international in the long term.
Caicedo could leave the Seagulls in the summer, and according to the Evening Standard, Arsenal will compete with Chelsea for his signing.
According to the source, Mikel Arteta’s team is eager to sign another Chelsea target Onana.
