Nonso Smart Okafor have emerged winner of the just concluded All Progressive Grand Alliance primaries for Nnewi North constituency in Anambra State House of Assembly.
Nonso Smart Okafor defeated his closest rival Obinna Ngonadi by 34votes to 28votes.
