EFCC SECURES ORDER TO ARREST AYODELE OKE, WIFE
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has secured an order of arrest against embattled former boss of National Intelligence Agency, Ayodele Oke; and his wife, Folasade Oke.
Justice Chukwujeku Aneke issued the order consequent upon oral application made by Rotimi Oyedepo on behalf of the anti graft agency.
”I have carefully considered the oral application for the arrest of the person mentioned herein and I am convinced beyond reasonable doubt that the said application is meritorious.
“Accordingly, the application is hereby granted as prayed.
“It is hereby ordered that Ambassador Ayodele Oke and his wife, Folasade Oke, be arrested anywhere they are been sighted in world.
“Case is hereby adjourned to March 8, for report of arrest,” the judge ruled.
