NEW POLICE COMMISSIONER DEPLOYED TO ANAMBRA FOR ELECTION DUTIES
A new Police Commissioner, CP Rabiu Ladodo, has been redeployed to Anambra State to lead the state command in prosecuting the 2019 general elections in the state, starting from Saturday, February 23.
The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, in the state, Haruna Mohammed, shared the information in a Police/Media Forum on Wednesday afternoon.
The police boss arrived the state’s police headquarters in Awka on Wednesday, February 20, and was received by many senior police officers.
Consequently, the serving Commissioner of Police in the state, CP Mustapha Dandaura, will step aside, and will resume office after the general elections.
