Two suspected robbers were apprehended by Mabanakwu Nnewichi vigilantes.
On the 19th of May, 2019, two suspected robbers were apprehended by Mbanakwu Nnewichi vigilante Personnel at Amuko junction, Nnewichi by 4am in possession of three goats.
According to the Nnewichi vigilante stakeholder who spoke to anaedoonline.ng in anonymity, one of the alleged robbers was identified to be an indulgence of Igbo-Ukwu while his alleged accomplice hails from Oraifite.
Speaking further, he said, “We suspect that their plan was to sell the goats at Afo Nnobi”.

In possession of the apprehended robbers was also a blank receipt, according to the vigilante personnel who spoke to anaedoonline.ng in anonymity, it is suspected that the blank receipt is to be used for the sale of the motorbike they were riding when they were apprehended, which is suspected to be stolen.
The vigilantes, however, handed the two suspects over to the police.
The two suspects are in police custody at the Otolo police station, as at the time of the report.
