Governor of Anambra State, Willie Obiano in a letter to the Anambra State House of Assembly, addressed to the speaker Uche Okafor, informed the legislators that he will appear before the lawmakers on Thursday, September 26, 2019, by 11:am.
The letter which was red by the speaker at plenary reads:
The Rt. Hon Speaker, and distinguish honourable members of Anambra state house of assembly, “Presentation of the 2020 draft state budget to the Assembly on Thursday, September 2019”.
I write to inform the state assembly that I shall appear before you (Speaker) and the honourable members on Thursday, September 26, 2019, at 11:am to present the 2020 draft state budget.

Kindly permit that I will be admitted into the hollow chambers of the state House of Assembly to perform these constitutional duties.
