Supreme Court Invalidates AA As A Party In 2019 Imo Guber Election, Nullifies Uche Nwosu’s Candidacy

The dynamics of Imo state politics has once again changed as the Supreme Court has just nullified the candidacy of Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, the son-in-law of former Gov. Rochas Okorocha.

In its ruling today, the supreme court invalidated AA as a party in the 2019 Imo Guber election, thereby making the candidacy of Uche Nwosu a nullity, saying his participation in the last general election was a case of banditry.
