Anambra 2021 : APGA Reassures Aspirants Of Level Playing Ground

The All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in Anambra State says it has no preferred aspirant ahead of its primary towards the 2021 gubernatorial election.

The Secretary of the party, Chief Tony Ifeanya, stated this while featuring in the latest edition of ABS Radio and Television, News and Current Affairs programme FACE THE PRESS in Awka.

Chief Ifeanya, said that APGA will provide a level playing field for all party faithful who would want to be its candidate in the said election.

He however emphasized that the candidate must be chosen from the South Senatorial District in line with the zoning and rotation principle of the party, as it affects the governorship seat of Anambra state.

Chief Ifeanya enthused that the achievements of the Obiano administration and its legacy projects will guarantee the party’s victory in future elections in the State.

He also spoke extensively on the security situation in Nigeria, community policing and other burning issues in the country.

Also speaking on the fourth coming election, Anambra state chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Sir Norbert Obi, has said that the 2021 gubernatorial election in the state will be a walk over for his party.

Sir Norbert made this assertion while exchanging views with newsmen at the APGA Secretariat, Awka.

He said his optimism stems from the fact that his party is today more peaceful, united, cohesive and experienced than all its opponents in the state.

 

The state APGA boss also said that the credible performances of governments enthroned by his party in the state since 2006, especially the Obiano administration have endeared the All Progressives Grand Alliance to the Anambra electorate, who sincerely regard it as their own.
