Nigeria Custom Visits IVM Ultra Modern Factory

Today, Thursday March 5th 2020, The Nigeria Custom service paid a familiarization visit to IVM Factory in Nnewi, the hometown of the CEO of Innoson Vehicles Manufacturing CO. Ltd.

The officers led by the comptroller Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi state command, M.I Baya were welcomed by the Chairman, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd., Chief Dr. Innocent Chukwuma (OFR)

Baya, in her speech said “the purpose of this visit is to see and witness the good job Innoson is doing haven seen and gone round the factory, he is doing a great job and i want to encourage him”

“IVM has created jobs for Nigerians” she continued “because majority of the workers are from this country. I want to encourage made in Nigeria goods. We are happy and we appreciate the impact he has made”

The CEO took them to the Treatment section, electrical section, Interior section, Sprying section, engine/gearbox assembly section, Trim line section, AC section, Final inspection section of the production plant.

While speaking to the officers, the CEO of IVM thanked them for identifying with his company, stating that he has also learnt from them and will implement their suggestions and advice.

Chief Chukwuma while touring with the officers around the factory explained the various departments and their functions.

Officers present at this historic event include; Chief Sunny Anajekwu, Chief Okocha Frank ( The Executive Director Clarion Shipping West Africa), Sir. Echezona Ani, Rose Nche (PRO) Eloka Benerdine Ifeoma, Nwando Okoye amongst others.
