Recall that only a few days ago, the Lagos state government announced a plan to roll out relief materials to residents of the state, following the lockdown order as a preventive measure against the spread of coronavirus currently ravaging nations.
Well, people have started receiving the relief material and they are not pleased with the contents.

A now-viral video captured the moment one of the recipients was fuming about receiving 3 loaves of bread for a family of six.
The recipient further queried how he is supposed to survive with the relief materials that contain a small pack of rice included in the package for 14 days.

Recently, The Lagos State Government announced that it would be providing staple foods such as rice, beans, garri, pepper and water to the indigent and the most vulnerable in the society.
The state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced this during a briefing on Friday, saying that it was part of efforts to cushion the effects of the 14-day stay-at-home directive, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the governor, this distribution of the “economic stimulus package” to the 200,000 is the first phase and is expected to last for a period of 14 days.
