A Magistrate court sitting in Ogba, Lagos state has sentenced Funke Akindele and her husband, Abdulrasheed Bello, to 14 days community service each.
The court also directed them to pay a fine of N100,000 each.
Funke Akindele and her husband had over the weekend held a house party that breaks the lockdown rules.
Lagos State police said they have intensified “efforts to arrest the remaining persons in the video”.

Following the furore, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and cleaning products company Dettol have distanced themselves from Akindele, saying she holds no official ambassadorial position with them, despite appearing on the video they produced together.
Anaedoonline earlier reported that Actress Funke pleaded guilty for defiling the orders of the Lagos state government which had ordered Lagosians to stay at home.
Akindele and her husband Abdulrasheed Bello popularly known as JJC skills were arraigned before a magistrate court in Lagos.
Nollywood superstar, Funke Akindele who is popularly known as Jenifa, was yesterday arrested for hosting a house party that defied Lagos State Government’s restriction orders.
It was gathered Akindele was arrested on Sunday for hosting the party on Saturday in honour of her husband, Abdul Rasheed Bello a.k.a. JJC Skillz, a singer.
The party, it was learnt, attracted more than the permissible number in line with the restriction order to contain COVID-19 pandemic.
Social media had been agog with a viral video of the party, which attracted star artistes such as Azeez Fashola a.k.a Naira Marley, among others.
Lagos Police spokesperson, DSP Bala Elkana, confirmed the arrest of the actress.
