Uzodimma Commissions Imsuth Isolation Center In Collaboration With Access Bank(Photos)

Yet another giant stride in Imo State in the fight against COVID-19 by the Hope Administration as Gov. Uzodimma Commissions new Isolation center in IMSUTH.

Gov. Uzodimma on the event of commission the well Equipped Isolation center, commends the MD & entire management team of Access Bank for partnering with his Administration in the fight against COVID-19.

Access Bank in their wisdom and as part of their cooperate social responsibility, donated the fully equipped COVID-19 Isolation center at IMSUTH.

However, Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State has disclosed that the State Government in its wisdom has paid the sum of 8 million Naira to Fulani Herdsmen who lost their cows at Ezinihitte Mbaise, for the sake of One Nigeria.

The Governor made this known when he received the leadership of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) at the Imo State Government House Owerri.

Governor Uzodimma affirmed that Imo People are hospitable people and will do everything possible to make the State conducive for every Nigerian, irrespective of their religion or tribe.

Governor Uzodimma also frowned at Governors who are rejecting and deporting Alamajiri from their State, noting that it is not the spirit of One Nigeria.

The Governor further assured that Almajiris are free to stay in the State. He however noted that those coming into Imo from other States will undergo the mandatory process of 14 days self Isolation being allowed into the society.

His Excellency thanked Miyetti Allah for their support and prayers, while assuring them that Imo under his watch shall ensure there is prosperity for all.

One of the leaders of the association, Alhaji Yakubu Bello, while reacting to the Governor’s statement, thanked Governor Uzodinma for making the state conducive for them to conduct their business. He also assured the Governor of their unalloyed support and good will.
