Family War

Since the death of one of Nkwo Nnewi’s biggest spare parts dealer, Chief Pius Ogbuawa, it has been the battle of the fittest between the third wife and the kids of the first and second wife.

The battle of who controls the business empire, assets and properties of the Late Yoko President, has teared the family apart and has snowballed to a media war.

In a separate publications written by Amaka and the other, written by the sons, which was made available to Anaedonline.ng, several allegations and accusations were raised as they tongue lashed each other.

Lamenting on her ordeal, Mrs Amaka Ogbuawa revealed that ever since her husband died, she has been in great pains not only because of what she described as the untimely death of her husband, but also from her step-children who have deliberately chosen to intimidate her for no reason.

According to her, she have been persecuted, traumatized, intimidated and dealt with unjustly.

Calling for the intervention of the public, she revealed that some family members, both immediate and extended have taken it as a point of duty to put her name up for public ridicule, mockery, blame and disgrace.

She disclosed that after her husband died, she told her step children from the onset to manage the business and maintain the laid down procedures which is geared towards success, but just six (6) months after her husband’s death, the business has collapsed as most goods were sold at ridiculous low amount, way below the cost price.

Mrs Amaka who wrote with alot of bitterness, stated that the company is slipping off their hands because of attendant mismanagement, noting that she should not be blamed for their failure.

She noted that the God who she is serving, the God of the widow will surely vindicate and exonerate her from all the malicious and wicked allegations leveled up against her.

However, in a swift reaction, some sons of Ogbuawa in a joint publication which went viral on social media described Mrs Amaka Ogbuawa as not only a liar, but a shameless gold-digger, utterly dubious, very dangerous and extremely diabolical.

They alleged that since the death of their father, two (2) top Nnewi Businessmen, Nonso Ukatu (NONSEC) and Augustine Jideofor (AUSTIN-MANUEL) who have been having the carnal knowledge of their step mother, have conspired to take over the business empire of Late Chief Ogbuawa.

Going down memory lane, they claimed that Amaka was an undergraduate at the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) when she met Chief Ogbuawa’s second Daughter who happens to be a twin. As co-indigenes of Oraeri who found themselves at Nsukka, they both became friends.

When Chief Ogbuawa’s first son Uchenna visited his sister on campus at Nsukka, he met Amaka with his sister. He immediately fell for Amaka who is pretty and seductive.

According to the publication, Uchenna convinced her younger sister to always bring Amaka along with her to their home at Nnewi on weekends.

Amaka was introduced to Chief Ogbuawa as a friend to his twin daughter, but at night, Amaka will sneak into Uchenna’s bed.

They also
claimed that neither Uchenna nor his sister realized that Amaka had an entirely different diabolical agenda, to seduce their father and lay a strong hold on his vast wealth.

The Strange Marriage

Making further revelations, they claimed that Chief Ogbuawa’s wife, Mrs. Hope Ogbuawa on several occasions caught Amaka and her husband in their matrimonial bed to the knowledge of the entire members of the family.

Amaka had diabolically enticed and seduced Ogbuawa beyond reversal. Amaka frustrated the marriage between Chief Ogbuawa and his wife, Hope

Mrs. Ogbuawa in protest left her matrimonial home, and in less than two weeks, Amaka coerced Chief Ogbuawa to pay her bride price, making her the third wife of late Chief Ogbuawa, a business mogul. This was how Amaka turned from being a bedmate and lover of Uchenna Ogbuawa to becoming Uchenna’s step mother. Amaka is blessed with five Children, a son and four daughters.

According to Ogbuawa sons, before their father’s strange marriage to Amaka, Chief Ogbuawa had built a vast estate. He had landed properties scattered across major cities in Nigeria including Nnewi, Oraeri, Abuja and Lagos.

Chief Ogbuawa after building his country home at, Oraeri and residential home at, Nnewi, he secured a land where he wanted to develop another home stead for his second son, Onyedika Ogbuawa and his siblings, but when their late father married Amaka, that arrangement changed.

They accused Amaka, to have instigated Chief Ogbuawa to build mansion at her maiden home, claiming also that their step mother, Amaka diabolically enticed Chief Ogbuawa into converting the Ana-obi (homestead), which was reserved for Onyedika, to become homestead for Amaka and her children, alleging that before the death of Chief Ogbuawa, over Three Hundred (300) Million has been invested building a home stead of Oraeri village, for Amaka.

They claimed that before their fathers death, Amaka also caused Chief Ogbuawa to sell all his landed properties in Nnewi and Abuja at give away prices, in which the proceeds of the sales were kept by Amaka.

To keep Chief Ogbuawa’s children far away from him to enable her take over the entire vast business empire of Chief Ogbuawa, Amaka was said to have caused a deep rift between Chief Ogbuawa and all his grown sons and daughters.

The $ex Scandal

According to the publication made by the sons, Immediately after the death of Chief Ogbuawa, Amaka withdrew the sum N36Million Naira from Chief Ogbuawa’s company, she also stole all the title documents, shares certificates, foreign currencies, including opening their father’s safe.

They accused two top Nnewi Businessmen, Nonso Ukatu (NONSEC) and Mr Augustine J. of having sexual relationship with Amaka Ogbuawa in their bid to take over the business empire of P.O. Ogbuawa & Sons Ltd.

They revealed that the trio contrived over 400,000USD as debt owed by the company to one Fang du, a Chinese, and cajoled Uchenna and Onyedika to sign an agreement to pay the debt, they also extorted the sum of 100,000USD out of the sum from the unsuspecting and innocent sons and legitimate heirs of late Chief Ogbuawa’s business and estate.

Less than 2 weeks after extorting 100,000USD from Uchenna and Onyedika, Amaka was accused of conniving with her new lover, Mr Augustine, to use the police to freeze the business account of Uchenna and Onyedika. As if that was not enough, they also got police to get Uchenna and Onyedika arrested and arraigned in court for running their father’s business.

They accused Amaka Ogbuawa of suing them at the High Court of Anambra State, claiming that she is the sole owner of the entire Ogbuawa business and estate.

They called on the public to ignore what they described as hypocrisy and crocodile tears of Amaka Ogbuawa, while advising her to respect their Father husband and mourn him quietly.
