The House of Representatives had a rowdy session on Monday following the investigation of the House Committee on Treaties, Protocols and Agreements into Chinese loans.
It took the intervention of the Speaker of the House to quell the rowdy session on Monday.
The House Committee is currently investigating the non-inclusion of local content in the ongoing Lagos-Ibadan loan project.
The Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi appeared before the committee on Monday.

A mild altercation ensued between the Minister and the Chairman of the Committee, Nicholas Ossai from Delta state.
The Chairman of the committee questioned the former Governor of Rivers State about the alleged $33 billion loans for infrastructure.
Amaechi while responding to the question noted that his ministry is only aware of the $1.6 billion for Lagos-Ibadan.

Following the disagreement between the two, the Speaker appeared and the Committee adjourned the session for 30min and resumed after the break.
