Some Ondo State lawmakers have been hindered from having access into the state House of Assembly.
According to the deputy-minority Leader and Member representing Ondo West constituency 1, Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Leonard Tomide Akinribido, on Thursday afternoon, members of the house who opposed the impeachment of deputy governor, Agboola Ajayi, were prevented from entering the house of assembly to attend plenary.

The Deputy-Minority Leader in a statement released on Twitter on Thursday noted that the security officers at the gate of the assembly complex claimed that they were under strict instructions to deny all anti-impeachment lawmakers access.
