#ENDSARS Protest Awka: “I Agree And Support That We End Police And SARs Brutality”- CP Abang (Video)

Nigerian youths are not backing down on their demand against the #endsars movement which started last week and has sparked a Nationwide protest in the country.

Anambra State is not left out as over 1500 youths assembled today, October 10, 2020 at the Ekwueme Square, Awka, the state capital to show their grievance and support to the #endarsbrutality.

The group matched from Ekwueme square to the office of the commissioner of police, Anambra State. The commissioner of Police, John Abang was onground to speak to the protesters.

Abang stated that the March(protest) was a peaceful one and he has called the IG of police to tell him of the March which is peaceful. He reiterated that the government is on the situation and that viable solution is on its way.

Abang also stated ” I agree and support we end Police and SARS brutality”.

The group matched down to Eke Awka causing a blockade for a while before taking their sensitistation through Unizik Junction, Awka-Onitsha express-way gathering more crowd to join their quest. Before heading back to Ekwueme square.

Some notable personalities on ground include Emeka Amakaeze (Actor), Oscar White (Musician), AuntyAda (Twitter), Anambra1stson(Twitter), Ugwumba Ejikem and a host of others.
