A police officer has been arrested after he was caught on tape kissing a lady he arrested for breaching COVID-19 rules in Peru.
In the viral making rounds on social media, the police officer is seen kissing the lady who appeared to have bribe him with a kiss to swap the penalty charge after he broke the COVID-19 protocols.

The unidentified officer was reportedly asked to go on a temporarily leave following an ongoing investigation carried out by authorities in the Peruvian capital Lima.
