LALIGA: Real Madrid To Sell Hazard, Bale, Ramos, Three Others

Real Madrid is planning to sell up to six players, in a bid to fund the transfers for Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe.

Mundo Deportivo reports that Eden Hazard, Gareth Bale, Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane, Isco and Marcelo are on the chopping board.

The LaLiga giants are desperate to land both Haaland and Mbappe this summer.

Haaland will be available for £65 million when his release clause becomes active next season. But the Norway striker is expected to be targeted by top European clubs this summer.

He could cost as much as £150 million at the end of the season. Mbappe, meanwhile, has no release clause and is contracted at Paris Saint-Germain until 2022.

The French forward could cost considerably more, especially as PSG does not want to sell but Mbappe has admitted in the past that he dreams of playing for Real Madrid and this could force the club’s hand.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid president, Florentino Perez, has been left ‘very angry’ as Manchester United approached Villarreal centre-back, Pau Torres, according to Spanish outlet El Desmarque.

Perez sees Torres as the perfect long-term heir to Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos, who is out of contract with Zinedine Zidane’s side at the end of the season.

Torres has a relatively affordable release clause of €60million (£51million).

The 24-year-old has a growing list of admirers following a string of brilliant displays in LaLiga and the Europa League this season.

Man United are also keen to sign Torres at the end of the season with the Red Devils manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, a huge admirer of the Spain international.

Solskjaer is determined to add a new centre-back in his squad whom he can rely on in fitness terms, with Victor Lindelof and Eric Bailly proving fitness concerns occasionally so far this season.
