Nnamdi Kanu, The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, has revealed those behind insecurity in the South-East. On Thursday, The IPOB leader in a statement accused President Muhammadu Buhari-led government of sponsoring insecurity in the region. Kanu said the plan is to pave way for the military to invade the southeast and kill more people.

The Governor of Imo State in the person of Hope Uzodinma has threatened to depose any monarch who allows insecurity to reign supreme in his community. On Thursday, Speaking at a security stakeholder meeting in Owerri, the state capital, Uzodinma asked the traditional rulers to begin to take responsibility for the things that happen in their domains.

Veteran Nollywood Actress, Rita Edochie has shared a post after the death of Comedian, Ada Jesus. Rita Edochie was one of those Ada Jesus sought forgiveness from before her demise. The comedienne had accused Edochie and Prophet Odumeje of conniving with others to stage miracles. Rita Edochie initially refused to forgive Ada Jesus until she brings evidence of her allegation but later did after many pleaded on her behalf.

On Thursday, Dave Umahi The Governor of Ebonyi State said some criminals are using the Indigenous People of Biafra and Eastern Security Network’s name to commit crime in the South-East. Umahi stated this while speaking on Channels TV monitored by Anaedoonline.ng on Thursday. IPOB and ESN have been blamed on recent attacks on prisons and police stations in the southeast.
